Main Squeeze Body Lab is perched above Portland’s bustling Pearl District, in the iconic Gadsby Building. While the business address is 1306 NW Hoyt St, this entrance will lead you to the stairwell. The main entrance is at 539 NW 13th Ave— the lobby is shared with Barista— and this is where the elevator is. When you book your appointment, you will receive specific instructions for how to find the studio and the stairwell code. The main entrance and elevator do not require a code during normal business hours.

Street parking in this trendy area can be tricky on evenings and weekends, and we are happy to offer a 10 minute grace period to accommodate. Please do not stress if you are running a few minutes late! There are a handful of small paid parking lots in the neighborhood, as well as a parking garage about 4 blocks south — on NW 13th between Couch and Davis (the Whole Foods garage). I recommend parking in the garage or a lot if you plan on being in the neighborhood for more than two hours, which is the maximum for street spots.

Portland also has great public transportation options! The building is located just 2 blocks west of the Portland Streetcar.

The Gadsby Building’s fourth floor includes several hair studios, so you may notice occasional salon scents in the shared hallway. These scents don’t carry into the Main Squeeze studio, but I do sometimes use a diffuser or candles inside the room. I’m always happy to pause their use for the day upon request. If you’re highly sensitive to smells, please reach out before booking—an in-home session may offer a more comfortable experience.
