Anna – LMT 17079
Anna Spangler is the proud owner of Main Squeeze Body Lab (formerly Vital Spark) and has been an Oregon licensed massage therapist since 2010.
After spending the first half of her career working primarily with athletes doing deep tissue and sports massage, she has explored many different techniques and is especially interested in the mind-body connection, and how emotional patterns and trauma can affect our muscle and connective tissue.
In 2022, she shifted into primarily lymphatic work and is certified in both Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage.
Anna continues to work very intuitively and believes that all of our body systems are connected — muscle tension can affect circulation and lymphatic drainage, and vice versa. Her dynamic approach to lymphatic work has led her into cosmetic massage, including cosmetic post-op massage and non-invasive body sculpting through cryotherapy.
Outside of bodywork, Anna is passionate about sustainable fashion and loves thrift shopping and upcycling. She is an active community member in Beaverton’s marching band scene and is always trying new crafts, hobbies, and ways to get active. Anna lives on the outskirts of Portland with her fiancé and two energetic cats.
